PAYMENT PLAN:
Deposit – 10,000 Euro for Studio, 15,000 for Apartment
30% of the price of the property – after signing a preliminary contract (until 30.09.2024,)
40% of the price of the property – after the rough construction of the building is completed (until 30.04.2025)
20% of the price of the property – after completion of the building (until 01.03.2026)
10% of the price of the property – the same day on the notary deed (until 01.06.2026)
